We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic Design skills to join our Mangalore team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in designing SaaS platforms, building design systems, and creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Build and maintain design systems, UI components, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Apply user-centered design principles; conduct usability reviews and suggest improvements.
• Support the marketing team with graphic design deliverables such as posters, social media creatives, brochures, and brand assets.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, interaction patterns, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS product design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, interaction design, and component-based design.
• Solid graphic design skills (posters, marketing creatives, digital assets).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React components) is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
