UI/UX Designer (with Graphic Design Experience)

As a UI/UX Designer with Graphic Design Experience at KAIRALITRAILS in Mangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile applications. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences for web and mobile applications. - Building and maintaining design systems, UI components, style guides, and pattern libraries. - Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs. - Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Applying user-centered design principles; conducting usability reviews and suggesting improvements. - Supporting the marketing team with graphic design deliverables such as posters, social media creatives, brochures, and brand assets. - Ensuring design consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment across all platforms. - Staying updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, interaction patterns, and industry best practices. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS product design. - A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface designs. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. - Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, interaction design, and component-based design. - Solid graphic design skills (posters, marketing creatives, digital assets). - Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding. - Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal). - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React components) is a plus.
