• 🎯 What You’ll DoDesign high-quality graphics for social media, ads, website, app, and offline collaterals
• Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, motion graphics, animated explainers, offers, etc.)
• Work on branding elements, creatives for campaigns like Green Miles or First Order Discounts

• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to deliver visually aligned campaigns

• Stay updated with design trends, formats, and content that performs on Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube

• ✅ What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in graphic design + video editing (social-first design preferred)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva (or similar)
• Strong portfolio with performance-focused creatives and video snippets
• A sharp sense of color, typography, layout, and motion
• Bonus: Experience in designing for tech startups, EVs, or delivery apps
