No of Vacancies 1Experience 1 + yearsProcess - Graphic Designing & Video EditingIndustry Travel & TourismQualification - Bachelors Degree in Designing, Marketing and related fieldJob Responsibilities:Must have 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing/Short video creation and editing for marketing/branding projects.Study design briefs and determine requirements by the ManagerConceptualize visuals and videos based on requirements, and work closely with management to understand and convert their ideas into graphics and videos.Hands on experience with Logo design, Branding, Colours, Typography, Print Layout Design, Brochure Design, Social Media Creatives, Motion Design, Video Animation, Image Selection, and UI/UX knowledge.Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.Develop illustrations, pictures, and other designs using available softwareEditing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.Editing and syncing visuals with audio tracks or recordingBrainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the marketing/creative team.Proficiency with Adobe creative suite which includes Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD & Animation.Exceptional capabilities with Typography, Layout and colours.To be able to do Concept Creation, Social Media & Print Media creatives, Hoarding and Vouchers, UI, Leaflets.Work closely with Digital marketing team on brief.To be highly curious and motivated, a self- starter not wait until work is assigned to them to tackle a challenge.To be highly organized and can work autonomously but thrive in teamwork.Skill RequirementsStrong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Above Lightroom, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects and Using Canva Design Software.Proven graphic designing experienceFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesGraduationFamiliarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
