Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our hospital’s marketing and communications team. The Graphic Designer will play a vital role in visually communicating our hospital’s mission, services, and community engagement efforts. This position is responsible for creating a wide range of visual content—including digital and print materials—to support patient education, internal communications, public relations, social media, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for brochures, flyers, posters, signage, presentations, and social media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content for campaigns and hospital events.
• Ensure all materials align with the hospital’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Create infographics, patient education visuals, and healthcare-related illustrations.
• Edit and prepare digital assets for web and social media platforms.
• Assist with photography, photo editing, and basic video content when needed.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files and templates.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in healthcare communication.
• Liaise with printing vendors to ensure quality production of materials.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2+ years of professional design experience (preferably in healthcare, nonprofit, or corporate environments).
• Portfolio of previous design work required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital design tools.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and formatting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
