Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our hospital’s communications team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills to visually communicate our mission, services, and healthcare campaigns through a variety of media. This role involves creating graphics for print and digital platforms, including social media, advertisements, patient education materials, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual content for brochures, flyers, posters, social media, presentations, and other hospital communications.
• Collaborate with the PR, marketing, and medical teams to create content that aligns with branding guidelines and healthcare standards.
• Develop and maintain visual consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Create infographics and visual aids for health awareness campaigns and patient education.
• Edit and enhance images and videos as required.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on design trends and healthcare communication best practices.
• Assist in website and mobile app design elements
• Maintain an organized archive of all design files and resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and branding.
• Attention to detail and excellent creativity.
• Ability to take feedback and work independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital content requirements.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
