About the role We are a hospitality group (restaurants, Irani Chai Café, smart hotel). We need a restaurant-experienced designer who can turn briefs into menus, packaging, and store signage that are ready to print. This is a full-time office job. What you will do Menus: Print menus, wall menu boards, and TV menu images (vertical). Packaging: Cup sleeves, biryani buckets, labels (use dielines, add FSSAI icons & details). Signage: Storefront & in-store (ACP/acrylic/flex/vinyl); give printer-ready files. Digital basics: Swiggy/Zomato banners, simple social adaptations. Handoffs: Share print-ready PDFs (CMYK + bleed) and simple printer notes (size, material, finish). Must-have (non-negotiable) 2–5 years designing for RESTAURANTS/QSR/Cloud kitchens. Portfolio must show: Menus (print or wall/TV) Packaging with dielines In-store signage (photos or mockups) Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat (PDF export). Knows print basics: CMYK, bleed, safe margin, high-res exports. Good to have Figma (brand kit/templates). After Effects/Premiere (simple TV menu loops). CorelDRAW Basic food photo retouching. Language & education English + Hindi (required). Malayalam/Kannada/Tamil (nice to have). 12th Pass minimum. Diploma/BFA preferred. We hire on restaurant portfolio + execution.
