Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graphic design tools, a strong creative flair, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals, illustrations, and layouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
• Create and design marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Develop visually appealing branding materials, such as logos, color schemes, and typography, that align with the company's identity and values.
• Maintain and update the company's visual assets library, ensuring consistency and easy access for team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve the quality and impact of designs.
• Proofread and ensure the accuracy of all designs, including text, images, and layouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, copywriters, and web developers, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
• Assist in the production process, including preparing files for printing or digital publishing.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in all design work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio of past work showcasing creative and effective designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Creativity and the ability to generate unique and visually appealing design concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
