Graphic Designer

We at Growcord are looking for a dynamic Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to be responsible for designing original content on online platforms.

The responsibilities of a Graphic Designer include:

• Responsible mainly for graphics, marketing collaterals, illustrations, and logo design
• Must be able to relate graphics with the brands with branding guidelines
• Knowledge and understanding of typography, color theory, logo design, image selection layouts, grids, templates, image use, and graphic design principles.
• Design creatives for digital marketing like social media posts, ad campaigns, blog posts, images, and infographics, mostly around programming material.
• Hands-on Experience in Graphics Design.
• Plan, Conceptualise & Create Graphic and Motion Graphics for Social Media & Other Media Platforms
• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
• Product launch videos & Promotional videos
• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
• Great Verbal & Written English Communication Skills
• A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft
• Must have hands on experience in creating reports, booklet & other Print media work
• Manage multiple projects and deliver work on time.

To be successful as a Graphic Designer, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid marketing competencies. Ultimately, a top-notch Graphic Designer should be computer literate, highly organized, and able to work with a team.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design or Computer Sciences.
• Good communication skills.
• Creativity and Graphic Design skills.
• Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Be able to produce original ideas.

Required Qualifications, skills and Experience:

• 1 to 4+ years graphic design experience including Motion Graphics
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
• Portfolio of work
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
• Proficient in: Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D/ Premiere/ Final Cut Pro, Figma (good to have)
• Photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design skills
