Graphic Designer

Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for our real estate projects and brand promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing marketing collaterals, digital assets, and branding materials that resonate with potential property buyers and investors.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design & Branding:

• Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and event displays for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Develop branding materials including logos, color palettes, and typography consistent with company standards.

Digital Media & Web Design:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Design website banners, email templates, Google ads, and landing pages.
• Optimize visuals for different screen resolutions and devices.

Project Visualization:

• Collaborate with architects and 3D visualizers to present floor plans, elevation designs, and walkthrough imagery attractively.
• Design project site boards, floor directory displays, and signages.

Video & Motion Graphics (Preferred):

• Edit and create property walkthroughs or promotional videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team, content writers, and sales team to align design work with campaign goals.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure print quality and timelines are met.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of print and digital design standards
• Creativity and a strong portfolio in real estate or architecture-based projects (preferred)

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
• Certification in multimedia design (preferred)

Experience:

• 3- 5 years of required (Real Industry Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
