Graphic Designer (Full Time)

Who this is for

You are in your last semester or have recently graduated in graphic or communication design. You want a hands-on studio role where you work on live brand projects, learn fast, and ship real work. You care about typography, color, layout, and building consistent brand systems. You are reliable, organized, and open to feedback.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to turn ideas into clear visual concepts
• Build detailed brand guidelines and scalable design systems
• Execute brand rollouts and applications across print and digital
• Design social media creatives that are on-brand and on-strategy
• Create strong visuals for case studies, pitch decks, and presentations
• Prepare tidy files, grids, and export-ready assets with version control
• Participate in critiques, document decisions, and iterate with rigor

What we’re looking for

• A strong, well-curated portfolio that shows thinking, craft, and consistency
• Solid fundamentals in typography, color, hierarchy, grid, and composition
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Illustrator

  ,

  Adobe Photoshop

  , and

  Figma

• Comfort with mockups and presentation layout
• Clarity in written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and follow a brief

Important:

Nice to have

• Basic motion or prototyping
• Experience preparing print-ready files
• Understanding of UI conventions and component thinking

Share 6 to 10 of your best projects. Include at least two identity or system-building projects. Show your role, process, key decisions, and final outcomes. Links are preferred, PDFs are welcome.
