Job Description

Key Responsibilities

•* *Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print materials.

•* *Create visual content such as logos, social media graphics, presentations, brochures, banners, and advertisements.

•* *Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

•* *Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet quality standards.

•* *Maintain brand guidelines across all design projects.

•* *Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

•* *Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•* *Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

•* *Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, (Coral Drew - Mandatory), or similar tools.

•* *Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.

•* *Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

•* *Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team.

•* *Strong communication and time-management skills.

•* *Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

•* *Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

•* *Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals.

•* *Understanding of basic HTML/CSS.

•* *Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment.

•* *Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
