Job Title: Graphic Designer (Healthcare & Digital Media)

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas and engaging visuals to our healthcare brand. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing (YouTube & Reels), poster design, and content creation while understanding the unique requirements of a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Create digital and print posters, brochures, and patient awareness materials as per hospital requirements.
• Develop engaging and informative visuals aligned with hospital branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and marketing teams to design patient-centric content.
• Edit and optimize videos with suitable music, captions, and transitions.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic and video editing tools and social media trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns, awareness programs, and hospital events.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools (Canva, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of video editing for YouTube & Instagram Reels.
• Experience in designing posters, banners, and healthcare-related creatives.
• Ability to understand hospital requirements, medical sensitivity, and confidentiality.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas visually.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic designing and video editing (healthcare experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
