Graphic Designer Communication & Print Design

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong focus on communication design and print media. In this role, you will bring ideas to life through compelling visuals that effectively communicate messages and resonate with target audiences. From brochures and posters to infographics and brand collateral and promotional packaging, youll play a key role in shaping how brands and messages are experienced in print and beyond.

• Design & Conceptualization:

  Create visually engaging designs for print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, packaging, and other communication assets.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all projects with immaculate attention to detail.

• Communication Design:

  Develop clear and impactful visual solutions for complex ideas, including infographics, charts, and diagrams that enhance understanding and engagement.

• Print Production:

  Prepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, and specifications for high-quality production. Collaborate with print vendors to oversee the production process.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that meet strategic objectives.

• Innovation:

  Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and approaches to projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing communication and print design work. Experience with branding and identity design is preferred.

• Skills:

  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools. Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation is essential.

• Creativity:

  Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

• Attention to Detail:

  Meticulous approach to layout, typography, and color, ensuring high-quality outputs.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Time Management:

  Ability to manage and multitask

• Functioning workstation:

  has a functioning workstation and set up

• Knowledge of AfterEffects and PremierePro

  is a plus
