About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP + Graphic Designer to transform raw technical content into clean, modern, structured learning visuals for our fast-growing AEC EdTech platform. Your work will directly shape the quality of our learning PDFs, slides, diagrams, and infographics used by thousands of learners across India.

Responsibilities

• Design and format prereads, PDFs, PPTs, mind maps, infographics, and course materials
• Convert raw technical content into clean, well-organised layouts using grids, spacing, and strong typography
• Create simple icons, diagrams, line-based visuals and structured graphical elements
• Prepare annotated screenshots, instructional graphics, and polished layouts
• Maintain consistent brand styling across all learning content
• Ensure clean file structure, properly managed layers, and efficient formatting for high-volume production

Requirements

DTP Skills-

• Strong layout, typesetting, and formatting abilities
• Fast, accurate, detail-driven execution
• Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint, and PDF workflows

Graphic Design Skills-

• Clean, minimal, modern visual design sense
• Ability to create infographics, flow diagrams, structured learning visuals
• Strong command of typography, hierarchy, and spacing
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop

Nice to Have

• Experience in EdTech or technical content design
• Familiarity with BIM/Revit concepts
• Basic skills in Figma

Who You Are

• Detail-oriented, fast, and organised
• Able to interpret design cues and follow brand guidelines
• Consistent, reliable, and comfortable with feedback
• Strong at working independently and meeting deadlines

Experience

• 2–5 years in DTP, Graphic Design, or a combined role
• A portfolio showcasing clean, structured layout work is mandatory
