About the Role

DOWC is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports our brand’s messaging and marketing campaigns including graphics for social media, digital ads, product collateral, and more.

While your primary focus will be on graphic design, experience with video editing is a strong bonus. You'll work closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life, ensuring our visuals are consistent, impactful, and on-brand.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional assets such as:
• Social media graphics
• Email banners
• Print/digital collateral
• Product mockups
• Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm and execute visual content
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across platforms
• Edit short-form videos or reels for marketing (bonus skill)
• Deliver designs on time and iterate based on feedback

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in graphic design roles
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Bonus: Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks under tight deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
