The Executive Assistant will act as a strategic partner - managing 300+ emails daily , controlling calendars, preparing briefings, and ensuring leadership focuses only on what truly matters. The role involves close collaboration with global teams and potential international travel for training or leadership support with our parent company in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Review, filter, and prioritize high-volume executive emails ; draft responses and ensure timely follow-up. Manage and optimize executive calendars ; schedule and prioritize high-level meetings. Act as a gatekeeper , ensuring leadership’s time is reserved for high-priority stakeholders. Prepare agendas, briefing notes, reports, and summaries ahead of meetings. Stakeholder & Global Coordination Coordinate with senior leadership, board members, and global teams . Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CFO and leadership. Maintain strict confidentiality in all financial, operational, and strategic matters. Represent executives in calls, discussions, or follow-ups when needed. Strategic Contribution Anticipate leadership needs and proactively manage conflicts, risks, and priorities. Summarize complex information into clear executive-level briefs . Ensure seamless execution of key leadership initiatives under CFO oversight. Support communication between U.S. headquarters and India operations. Requirements Any academic qualification - what matters is capability and communication excellence. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is essential). Valid passport and eligibility to travel abroad . Immediate joiners only – notice period should not exceed 1 week. 5-8 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant / EA to C-Suite . Expertise in handling high-volume executive email & calendar management . High-level proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to make decisions independently. Strong interpersonal skills confident in dealing with senior stakeholders globally.
