Graphic Designer - Job Description Job Brief We are seeking a talented and imaginative ‘Graphic Designer ’ to join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities Design eye-catching graphics for clients’ social media posts, banners, and marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, reels, videos, and one-pagers. Must be able to design banners and creatives in Telugu language. Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with healthcare business. Brainstorm and develop visual ideas that connect with the target audience. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Stay updated on design trends and incorporate modern elements into your work. Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving client requirements. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, brand-consistent, and strategically effective. Use appropriate color palettes, typography, and layout principles for each design. Revise and refine design based on client’s feedback. Requirements and skills: 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, branding, or digital design work. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Dreamweaver is a plus). Sharp eye for visual composition and detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
