About the RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Visual Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in professional graphic design and be proficient in creating engaging visual content for both digital and print media. While graphic design will be your primary focus, practical skills in video editing are a strong plus point and will be a key factor in the shortlisting process. Key Responsibilities Design & Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content for various channels, including social media, websites, marketing materials (brochures, flyers), presentations, and more. Brand Consistency: Ensure all graphic and visual materials are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity. Software Proficiency: Utilize design software effectively to execute projects from concept to final output. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing/content team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions on time. Video Content (Bonus Skill): Edit and manipulate raw video footage to create short, engaging video content (e.g., reels, short ads, testimonials). File Management: Maintain an organized archive of all design files and assets. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, social media specifications, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven Experience: Demonstrated professional experience as a Graphic Designer, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of work. Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in industry-standard graphic design tools, including: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator (or CorelDraw/InDesign) Canva (for quick and collaborative projects) Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design ideas and take constructive feedback. Preferred Skills (A Strong Plus Point for Shortlisting) Video Editing Skills: Practical experience in video editing using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other relevant tools. Familiarity with creating designs specifically for Delhi-based B2B/B2C markets.
