Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials for various campaigns. Daily responsibilities will also include planning and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media content, and analyzing campaign performance. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure all communication aligns with the organization’s mission and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (Mandatory)A) Graphic Design

Create high-quality graphics and creatives for digital and printDesign logos, branding assets, templates, and maintain brand consistencyDevelop branding materials such as posters, brochures, banners, standees, certificates, invites, and event collateralsCreate social media creatives (Instagram/LinkedIn carousels, reels covers, thumbnails, campaign creatives)Apply strong typography, layout, and composition across deliverablesCoordinate with teams, take feedback positively, and ensure timely delivery

B) Digital Marketing Execution

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for campaigns, events, workshops, courses, and initiativesManage social media content (content calendar, posting schedule, captions, hashtags, coordination)Ensure platform-wise alignment for communication across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube (as assigned)Coordinate design + marketing requirements to improve campaign performance and consistencyTrack and report basic performance insights: reach, engagement, follower growth, campaign outcomesMaintain a professional brand voice and ensure messaging remains aligned with We Avec U Group’s purpose

Qualifications

Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo DesignSkills in Branding and configuring cohesive brand visualsStrong knowledge of Typography and its application in digital and print mediaExperience with digital marketing tools and managing social media platformsStrong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of mental health and behavioral sciences is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant experience requiredA strong portfolio is mandatory (design + campaign work)

Pay Structure (Controlled Fixed + Variable)Fixed Pay: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per monthVariable Pay: ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 per month(based on delivery, quality, turnaround time, campaign milestones, and consistency of output)
