CTC: up to 3.6 lpa

Job Location: Ahmedabad

As a Graphic Designer, you will be the key guardian and executor of our brand’s visual identity. You will be responsible for translating marketing and business objectives into compelling, high-quality visual content across all touchpoints, from in-store materials and new outlet launches to digital campaigns and internal communications. Your work will ensure visual consistency, support aggressive marketing efforts, and provide essential design support to franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity Management & Visual Standardization

  • Brand Guardianship: Ensure all creative outputs strictly adhere to the brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in color palettes, typography, and logo usage.
  • Template Development: Design and create a comprehensive library of standardized templates for core assets including menus, posters, standees, social media posts, and in-store branding elements.
  • Franchisee Standardization: Develop complete, ready-to-use franchisee kits that include standardized creatives and Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.

2. Marketing Campaign Design & Execution

  • Campaign Asset Creation: Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and external Marketing Agency to design and produce all necessary assets for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, digital advertisements, and offline promotional creatives.
  • Promotional Adaptation: Design and adapt creatives for specific marketing initiatives such as festivals, seasonal offers, and localized promotions.
  • Quick-Turnaround Support: Provide rapid design support for outlet-level and time-sensitive marketing campaigns.

3. New Outlet Launch Support

  • Launch Kit Development: Create a complete visual launch package for new outlets, including inauguration banners, menu boards, and comprehensive wall branding designs.
  • Production Management: Prepare final, print-ready files and actively coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely production of all physical assets.
  • Visual Uniformity: Guarantee a cohesive and standardized visual experience across all new store openings.

4. Digital Content & Presentation Design

  • Digital Engagement: Design dynamic and engaging digital content, including assets for Instagram, engaging thumbnails for video reels, and website banners.
  • Visual Collaboration: Participate in video and photo shoots, providing creative direction and collaboration to ensure brand alignment in all captured content.
  • Business Development Assets: Develop high-impact creative assets for franchise sales presentations and pitch decks.

5. Franchisee Customization & Asset Management

  • Local Support: Fulfill requests from franchisees for customized local creatives, such as design adaptations for regional festivals or specific localized campaigns.
  • Archive Maintenance: Proactively maintain and organize a comprehensive, easily accessible archive library of all creatives and templates for rapid asset retrieval and reuse.

6. Internal Communication & Corporate Support

  • Internal Visuals: Design visual materials for various internal communications, including HR/Operations documents, policy posters, training visuals, and employee recognition creatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide visual support and design assets for internal employee engagement and culture-building campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the retail, F&B, or franchise sector.
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, and design for both print and digital media.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations).
