If you're someone who understands visual storytelling and knows what makes a thumbnail stand out in a crowded feed, we want to hear from you. This is a contractual, project-based role, ideal for designers who love working remotely and are confident in delivering high-impact visuals on a deadline. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Working On Designing high-impact YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and align with content strategy Creating a variety of digital assets as needed — from social media creatives to channel branding elements Collaborating closely with our Co-Founders and content team to align on creative direction and visual goals Ensuring consistency in brand aesthetics across all visual touchpoints Delivering clean, compelling designs on tight timelines in a fast-paced content environment ✅ Y ou’re a Great Fit If You Have prior experience designing YouTube thumbnails and other digital creatives (a portfolio is a must) Are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator , or similar design tools Understand what drives click-worthy, visually effective content Are creative, detail-oriented, and can deliver quality work within deadlines Can adapt to feedback and collaborate smoothly with a remote team About us!
