• Designing with purpose

  — Think packaging, Insta reels, pitch decks, landing pages. You bring the vibe.

• Writing with personality

  — Taglines, stories, product copy, social captions. You are the voice.

• Brand building

  — Not just sticking to brand guidelines but helping write them.

• Owning campaigns

  — From idea to execution, you’ll help craft campaigns people remember (and share).

• Making our founder say, “Damn, that’s good.”

  — true story.

• A sharp eye and sharper pen — your Figma game is solid, and your copy is scroll-stopping
• You get branding — not just how it looks, but how it feels
• Fluent in modern culture — from memes to moodboards to marketing trends
• A bias for action — you’re not just a thinker, you’re a maker
• Bonus points if you dabble in video, motion, or magic ✨

• Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva (if needed)
• Notion, Google Docs, AI tools (if helpful)
• Your own creative rituals — whatever keeps your mojo flowing

• You’ll shape the brand voice AND visual — not just decorate someone else’s idea
• Work closely with founders, marketers, and people who give a damn
• Room to experiment, push boundaries, and sometimes even break the internet
