Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing packaging and printing materials, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop high-quality packaging and printing materials for clients.
Create visually appealing graphics, logos, and branding materials for various projects.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and preferences.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and technologies.
Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design software and technologies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in the packaging or printing industry.
Strong understanding of different packaging types, including cartons, labels, and flexible packaging.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Corel Draw, Corel Painter, and other relevant design software.
