Job Summary: We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to join our growing digital team. Our projects include modern websites and web platforms for service-based businesses. We need someone who not only creates clean, user-friendly interfaces but also adds life to designs with SVG animations and micro-interactions . Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web platforms Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs Create and animate SVG graphics to enhance user interaction Collaborate with developers for smooth implementation Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile Maintain visual consistency, branding, and usability across designs Required Skills: Strong proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , Photoshop , and Illustrator Experience designing responsive layouts and user journeys Ability to create and optimize SVG graphics and animations Good understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy Clear communication and time management skills Nice to Have: Familiarity with Lottie, Rive , or other motion design tools Experience designing dashboards or admin panels Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics to improve handoff Passion for emerging UI/UX trends, animation, and AI-enhanced interfaces What We Offer: Flexible environment Real-world projects with room for creativity Opportunity to grow into motion design or product UI Long-term role with performance-based growth Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred) Figma: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
