Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Fresher Graphic Designer who is eager to learn, grow, and work on live projects with real brands. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for candidates who want to build their design career from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing social media posts, packaging designs, branding materials, and digital marketing creatives.
• Work on live projects for real brands across different industries.
• Create visually appealing content using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Collaborate closely with the senior design and marketing teams.
• Take feedback positively and make timely revisions.
• Learn the design workflow, brand guidelines, and project timelines.
• Maintain professional work ethics, meet deadlines, and be punctual at the office.

Who Can Apply:

What You’ll Learn at Alpha In:

• Real-time client project handling.
• Design for social media, packaging, logo, and branding projects.
• Professional use of Photoshop and Illustrator for commercial design.
• Understanding design psychology and customer engagement techniques.
• Working in a fast-paced, professional agency environment.

Office Timings:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
1-hour lunch break included

Stipend (Training Phase):

• 6 Months: ₹3,000 per month

(After completion, there is an opportunity for full-time placement based on performance.)

Important Notes:

• This is a learning-based internship turning into a full-time role based on performance.
• Candidates must show dedication and consistency in the first month.
• Non-performing candidates can be released from the internship period with prior notice.
