About the Role

You’ll collaborate directly with the founder to translate the brand vision into a modern, elegant, and professional design system that stands out in the property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a complete

  brand identity system

  (logo, color palette, typography, grid, and design language).
• Create

  brand guidelines

  for consistent visual usage.
• Design initial marketing collaterals including:
• Business card
• Letterhead
• Social media templates (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic signage/branding mockups
• Present multiple creative directions and refine based on feedback.
• Deliver high-quality, editable design files (AI, PSD, and PDF formats).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience designing

  brand identities

  for startups or real estate/luxury/lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing logo and visual identity work.
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma.
• Understanding of brand storytelling and minimalistic, premium aesthetics.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to meet deadlines independently.

Project Details
