Graphic Designer

As a Visual Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visual designs for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, banners, and ads. You will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visuals that are aligned with our brand identity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Editing and retouching images to ensure high quality and consistency in design. - Preparing design drafts and presenting ideas for approval before finalizing projects. - Updating existing designs based on client or team feedback. - Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns. - Collaborating with developers for website or app design elements if required. - Meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple design projects efficiently, especially during night hours. - Ensuring all design files are properly organized and ready for production or publishing. - Staying updated with current design trends, software updates, and tools. To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Canva, and Figma as needed. - Strong creativity and visual sense with attention to detail. - Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design. - Time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently, especially during night shifts. - Ability to take feedback positively and make quick revisions. - Basic understanding of digital marketing visuals for social media, ads, banners, thumbnails, etc. - Good communication skills to coordinate with day-shift teams or overseas clients. - Understanding of design for web and print formats. - Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
