Job Description

Responsibilities:

Independently develop & design materials for communication, that may include web pages, PowerPoint presentations(mandatory), digital & physical signage, newsletters, emails, and creatives aligned to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute a wide range of communication materials to meet deadlines.
Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards, express ideas accurately.
Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout with minimal supervision
Examine existing processes, measure impact, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities.
Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video
Edit videos to use as a communication medium - preferred

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
6+ years’ experience in a corporation with design software, specifically all applications within Adobe creative Cloud and outlook, along with excellent knowledge of PowerPoint.
Experience in video editing software preferred
Excellent oral and verbal communication (English)
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Top Must-Have Hard Skills:

Excellent proven knowledge of editing & content creation tools - within Adobe creative cloud and outlook 2yrs minimum work exp
Impeccable PowerPoint skills 4yrs minimum work exp
Excellent Oral, written English communication with designing skills
5-7yrs work experience in a corporation as a graphic designer
Able to work on PPTs, creatives
Proficient in Adobe creative suite
