Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in New Delhi. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content including graphics, logos, and branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, working on typography, and collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality visual output.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Create Visual Assets:

  Develop engaging graphics for various digital and print platforms, including social media, website, emails, advertising, promotional materials, and corporate presentations.

• Video Editing:

  Create and edit short-form video content, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and other platforms.

  Design visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistency with brand standards and high-impact storytelling.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and contribute to the brand’s visual identity across all channels.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and project managers to understand project requirements, target audiences, and desired outcomes.

• Iterate Designs:

  Accept feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions in a timely manner to meet project goals.

• Research & Trend Analysis:

  Stay updated on the latest design, video editing, and presentation trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that includes video editing and presentation design.
• Proficiency in Design Tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Skills in Presentation Tools like Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or other presentation software to create visually engaging and impactful presentations.
• Portfolio of Graphic design showcasing previous work (Mandatory)
