Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic and Web Design Faculty based in Kolkata. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in various disciplines related to graphic and web design. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive lessons, creating and updating curriculum content, evaluating student performance, conducting live projects, and staying updated with industry trends to integrate real-world practices into the teaching process. Collaboration with students and other educators is also an essential aspect of the role to create an engaging and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphic Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
• Web Design skills, including working knowledge of HTML ,Figma , CSS, JavaScript, and website prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX Design concepts, Adobe XD, and Sketch is highly preferred.
• Strong teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development skills.
• Ability to stay updated on design trends and new technologies in the industry.
• Experience in conducting workshops or live projects is an advantage.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Prior teaching experience or professional design work will be an added advantage.
