Role Description

versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer

What you’ll do:

• Design and edit content for social and other digital platforms (posts, reels, campaigns, stories, etc.).
• Shape the 

  visual identity of RASLILY

   through typography, layouts, and brand assets.
• Work on packaging design, product tags, and collateral.
• Translate brand inspirations into 

  patterns, motifs, and surface graphics

   that can be applied to textiles or digital campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Experiment with 

  dynamic and modern design trends

  , while staying rooted in craft-inspired aesthetics.

What we’re looking for:

• A strong portfolio that shows 

  range

  : digital content, branding, packaging, and pattern design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other creative tools you love.
• A sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand identity.

• Strong sense of aesthetics

  : modern, bold, and unafraid to play with color and form.
• Someone proactive, experimental, and 

  hungry to build a brand from the ground up

• Passion for Indian crafts, handmade, and storytelling through design is a huge plus.
