Role Description We’re looking for a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer who can bring our brand vision alive across platforms — from digital content to packaging, from typography to design. What you’ll do: Design and edit content for social and other digital platforms (posts, reels, campaigns, stories, etc.). Shape the visual identity of RASLILY through typography, layouts, and brand assets. Work on packaging design, product tags, and collateral. Translate brand inspirations into patterns, motifs, and surface graphics that can be applied to textiles or digital campaigns. Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints. Experiment with dynamic and modern design trends , while staying rooted in craft-inspired aesthetics. What we’re looking for: A strong portfolio that shows range : digital content, branding, packaging, and pattern design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other creative tools you love. A sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand identity. Strong sense of aesthetics : modern, bold, and unafraid to play with color and form. Someone proactive, experimental, and hungry to build a brand from the ground up . Passion for Indian crafts, handmade, and storytelling through design is a huge plus. We’re on a mission to make Indian crafts and sarees the IT thing for today’s world. This evolving exploration redefines modern fashion with a heritage perspective. Role Description We are looking for a Fashion & Textile Designer to shape the core identity of rasLILY’s collections. This role is central to translating India’s rich craft traditions into contemporary, global sarees and textiles . You will work closely with artisans, weavers, tailors, and embellishment specialists to design pieces that are bold, elegant, and rooted in heritage. Key Responsibilities Design sarees, blouses, and textile-based concepts for the launch collection. Research, source, and decide on textiles, weaves, and embellishment techniques. Develop design patterns, motifs, and embroidery concepts aligned with the brand vision. Coordinate with artisans, weavers, and tailors to bring designs to life. Create technical sketches, fabric specifications, and production-ready details. Ensure balance between craft authenticity and modern wearability. Requirements Degree in Fashion Design/Textile Design 1–3 years of experience in fashion/textile design (experience with handloom/craft-based work a plus). Strong understanding of Indian weaves, embroidery, dyeing, and surface techniques. Proficiency in CAD/Illustrator/Photoshop for design sketching. Strong aesthetic sensibility—bold, experimental, yet rooted. Ability to coordinate with artisans and production teams.
