Khushi Baby expects to grow into a $3M/year organization by 2027, building deeper programmatic impact and financial sustainability. The Partnerships team is at the forefront of this growth, tasked with increasing revenue streams from high net worth individuals (HNIs), family foundations, multilateral organizations, government contracts, and strategic calls for proposals (RFPs).
The Grants Manager will play a central role in stewarding relationships with donors by ensuring timely, accurate, and compelling reporting across our diverse portfolio of grants. This includes supporting compliance, coordinating inputs from across programs, finance, and leadership, and maintaining Khushi Baby's reputation for transparency and excellence in delivery.
The candidate will have a unique opportunity to work with international and national funders across philanthropy, HNI, CSR, and multilateral settings. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated expertise in grants management, an eye for detail, and strong editorial skills to package technical inputs into donor-ready narratives. This role requires a candidate adept at balancing compliance requirements with the ability to communicate programmatic impact clearly, across a wide range of domains from digital health to climate-health adaptation and AI for diagnostics.

Qualifications:
University degree in public health, social work, development economics, management, communications. An advanced degree in the mentioned fields or an MBA is desirable.
Languages:
Excellent written and spoken English language skills; knowledge of Hindi, Marathi or Kannada is an asset.
