Role Overview: As a Grant Development Manager [Proposal Writer] based in Delhi, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's resource mobilization efforts by securing funds from global foundations and international donors. With over 8 years of experience in grant writing and fundraising within the social development sector, particularly in education, you will leverage your expertise to identify high-value grant opportunities aligned with the mission and strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and assess at least 5 significant grant opportunities. - Facilitate the conversion of 2 "Big Bet Funding" opportunities. - Develop compelling grant proposals tailored to specific donor requirements. - Prepare comprehensive reports for donors. - Cultivate strong donor relationships. - Contribute to the overall resource mobilization strategy. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in grant writing and fundraising. - Track record of success in securing funds from global foundations, bilateral and multilateral agencies. - Experience in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) is preferred. - Strong understanding of donor priorities and global trends in education funding. - Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. - Focus on persuasive storytelling and clarity. - Strong project and time management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Attention to detail and proficiency in preparing budgets and reviewing financial documents.
