Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Grinding Incharge located in Dehgam. The Grinding Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the grinding operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of the ground products, managing the grinding team, and maintaining the machinery. The role involves monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting any issues that arise, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and improving the efficiency of grinding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing grinding operations and managing a team
• Knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to monitor production schedules and ensure quality control
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a production setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in the food production industry is beneficial
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field is preferred
