Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 

1. Assistant Manager - min. 8 Years (FMCG – HoReCa Segment)
2. Executive - min. 4 Years (FMCG – HoReCa Segment)

Qualification: FMCG Graduate

CTC: Upto ₹10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers).
• Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts to drive market penetration.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the HoReCa channel.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements:

• 4–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, specifically in the HoReCa channel.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
