Graduate Trainee Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Engineer – Electrical to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in daily operations and project execution.
• Support electrical engineering tasks related to maintenance, troubleshooting, and system analysis.
• Draft professional emails and correspondence for internal and external communication.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, project reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of electrical maintenance and inspection data.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards in all engineering activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to draft emails and manage project-related documentation efficiently.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work in a team and learn from senior professionals.
