Job Description

As a Technical Customer Support Engineer at our company located in Khopat, Thane, 400601, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive world-class service. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate issues when necessary. - Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify areas for improving the customer experience and make recommendations accordingly. - Provide technical support for product setup, troubleshooting, orders, and returns. - Maintain accurate customer records in the database for efficient management. - Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction. - Generate reports on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements based on feedback. - Assist in training new customer service representatives when required. - Collaborate with the team by participating in meetings and improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Diploma/degree in the Electrical/Electronics field is preferred. - Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable. - Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office is essential. - Mindset: Strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset are key to success in this role. Preferred Qualifications: - Industry Experience: Previous experience in an industry-related customer service role is advantageous. - Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ticketing systems would be beneficial. - Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
