Role & responsibilities

Learning Restaurant Operations: Trainees will be immersed in all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and managing shifts.

Shift Management: They will learn to manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations, optimal staffing, and adherence to company standards.

Team Leadership: Trainees will develop their leadership skills by motivating and directing team members, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.

Customer Service: A key focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Financial Management: Trainees will learn about financial controls, inventory management, and reporting to contribute to the restaurant's profitability.

Compliance: They will be trained on food safety, health and safety regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Training and Development: Trainees will learn to train and develop team members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
