Key Responsibilities:

On-Ground Experience in CFS and Depot Operations:

• Assist in managing daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots.
• Support the team in coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.
• Learn the processes of inbound/outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from CFS and depots to support decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.

• MS Office Expertise:

• Use MS Excel to manage operational data, perform calculations, and generate data insights.
• Create professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and operational updates to management.

• Presentation & Communication:

• Prepare and present reports on depot and CFS operations to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and identify improvements.

• Project Support:

• Assist in special projects related to CFS operations, warehouse efficiency, and depot management.
• Work under the supervision of senior team members to achieve project goals and enhance operational efficiency.

• Learning & Development:

• Participate in training programs focused on logistics, CFS operations, and industry best practices.
• Actively seek learning opportunities to understand logistics workflows and supply chain management.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  Any Bachelors Degree

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of data analytics

• On-Ground Experience:

• Interest or prior exposure to logistics, CFS, or depot operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work in on-ground roles at CFS and depot locations.

• Communication Skills:

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present complex data and operations insights in a clear, concise manner.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and offer solutions for operational improvements.

• Learning Attitude:
