Graduate Trainee (B.SC fresher)

Pay: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring day-to-day production processes such as dyeing, printing, and finishing
• Conduct quality checks on fabric at different stages of processing
• Collect and test fabric and chemical samples in the laboratory
• Maintain accurate records of production output, test results, and process observations
• Support senior technicians and supervisors in managing production floor activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines
• Coordinate with other departments like maintenance and logistics when required

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Textile Technology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field (2024/2025 pass-out)
• Basic knowledge of textile processes or interest in textile manufacturing is preferred
• Good communication and team-working skills
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn technical skills on-site
