Graduate Support Enablement Specialist, Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining the Graduate Support Enablement team at Deutsche Bank as an Associate Specialist based in Bangalore, India. Your primary responsibility will be to project manage all transactional aspects of the Deutsche Bank Graduate Training programmes, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of centrally managed programs. You will work closely with the wider Graduate team globally to facilitate tasks such as vendor scheduling, budget management, and quality reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule project tasks for the successful delivery of graduate training programs - Assist in managing vendor relationships and overseeing the invoice process for training - Create project-related quality reports, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets - Address training queries and continuously improve Enablement processes - Collaborate with regional teams to execute program delivery in global locations - Manage rotation and final placements by matching areas and graduate profiles effectively Qualifications Required: - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work with Divisional and Regional leads - Experience in Cost and Risk Management - Knowledge of business services or professional services in a global context - Commercial experience in different markets or cultures (an advantage) - Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Track record of executing in time-pressured environments - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment - Exposure to Graduate Program Management/Training (an advantage) Additional Details: Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits including a best-in-class leave policy, gender-neutral parental leaves, sponsorship for industry-relevant certifications, comprehensive healthcare insurance, and more.
