Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients through calls, emails, field visits, and online research.
  • Generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings or product presentations.

Sales Process Management

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details.
  • Follow up with clients for closures and negotiate effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Address customer queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain records of all sales activities in CRM/Excel.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for the sales manager.
  • Assist in planning sales strategies and marketing activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
