Graduate Engineering Trainee

You are a BE Electrical student who graduated in 2024 and looking for an opportunity in Sales & Operations based at the Chennai office. The ideal candidate is a local candidate. Your role involves observing, learning, and understanding LT Induction Motors as a product and the order processing process. You will be required to adhere to existing working practices, methods, and procedures as well as undertake tasks as instructed by the manager. Your responsibilities also include preparing technical datasheets in line with customer specifications, providing daily comprehensive support to sales staff, and coordinating with the factory for design, production, and dispatch. The duration of this role is one year of training. The office location is Flat No 35, 3rd Floor, Rishikesh New No 75, G N Chetty Road, T Nagar, Chennai - 600017. The offered CTC is Rs. 3,00,000/- per annum (Rs. 23,200/- monthly gross subject to Rs. 1,800/- PF deduction). The selection process includes a Career Opportunity Presentation, an Online Test, and a Personal interview. Future prospects include the possibility of being absorbed into a front line Sales role depending on your performance during the one year of training and the availability of vacant positions within the organization at that time.,
