Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily production, process, and quality activities under departmental supervision.
• Support new product development (NPD) and process optimization initiatives.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, problem-solving techniques, and lean practices.
• Participate in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement projects.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and data accuracy as per departmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Tool Room, Maintenance, SCM, HR).
• Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and company policies at all times.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:

  B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial, Production, or related disciplines.

• Batch:

  2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs preferred.

• Experience:

  Freshers are welcome.

• Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and engineering fundamentals.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
