Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

to join our

Automation Sales team

. The selected candidate will undergo training in automation products and solutions, sales techniques, and customer engagement. After training, the candidate will support the sales team in identifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and offering appropriate automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand company s automation products, solutions, and services.
Assist the sales team in lead generation and pre-sales activities.
Support in preparing technical/commercial proposals and quotations.
Attend customer meetings along with senior sales staff to understand client requirements.
Participate in market research and competitor analysis.
Work with the application team to ensure feasibility and proper execution of solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Provide post-sales support as needed, including coordination with service and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Strong interest in automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drives, Sensors, Robotics, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site.
Basic understanding of sales cycle and customer relationship management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or project experience related to industrial or building automation.
Familiarity with brands like Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, or similar.
