Graduate Engineer Trainee (Construction Site)

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will assist the site engineering and project management team in day-to-day construction activities. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in project execution, quality control, safety standards, site documentation, and coordination with various stakeholders. The role is designed to develop the trainee’s technical and managerial skills for future responsibilities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, supervision, and execution of construction works as per project schedules and drawings.
• Monitor and record progress of site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Support in material management – verification, usage tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project operations.
• Prepare daily / weekly progress reports and assist in documentation and record-keeping.
• Assist in resolving site-related technical issues under guidance from senior engineers.
• Learn and apply construction standards, codes, and company policies during site execution.
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to planning and review discussions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related discipline from a recognized university.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic quantity estimation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work at project/construction sites across locations.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
