Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in rotational training across various departments to gain a holistic understanding of company operations.
Support the production team in manufacturing, assembly, and troubleshooting of machinery.
Help in the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct quality inspections and assist in root cause analysis for any deviations.
Learn to read and interpret mechanical drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project implementation and process improvements.
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance guidelines as per company standards.
Actively participate in
TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Basic understanding of mechanical components, machining processes, and engineering drawing.
