Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conference Event Coordinator. The Conference & Event Coordinator at ITR Group will be responsible for the planning, execution, and post-event management of academic and professional conferences across various domains. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and conference organizers to ensure seamless, engaging, and well-organized events.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• BE/MCA/BCA/BBA(Frsshers with excellent communicaiton skill)
• Experience in Event Planning, Event Management, BPO, KPO
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the event industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

Exprience: 0 to 3 Years

Job location: Khandagiri head office, Bhubaneswar

Office timing: Full time(9.30AM to 6.30PM)

Benefits: PF, Insurance, Bonous, Incentive (* T&C)

Salary: 12K INR to 18K INR /month
